  • Account information, such as name, email address, workspace details, authentication records, and support messages.
  • Billing and transaction information processed through our payment providers, such as plan selections, invoices, payment status, and tax-related details.
  • Usage and device information, such as log data, browser type, IP address, approximate location derived from network data, feature interactions, and diagnostic events.
  • Content you submit to Builder Studio, including prompts, workflow configuration, uploaded media, generated outputs, API requests, and connected service metadata.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to provide, secure, maintain, and improve Builder Studio and to communicate with users about their accounts and workspaces.

  • Operate product features, run workflow executions, store project state, process uploads, and deliver generated content.
  • Process subscriptions, credits, invoices, taxes, refunds, abuse reports, support requests, and account notices.
  • Monitor reliability, debug failures, prevent fraud or unauthorized access, enforce our terms, and protect users and the service.
  • Analyze aggregate usage trends and improve the product, including feature quality, performance, onboarding, and documentation.

3. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell personal information. We share information only when needed to provide Builder Studio, comply with law, protect rights and safety, or complete a transaction you request.

  • Service providers may process information for hosting, storage, authentication, payments, analytics, email, customer support, security, and AI model or media generation services.
  • Workspace members may see content, activity, and account information according to their role and permissions in the workspace.
  • Connected third-party services receive information you choose to send through integrations, workflow nodes, OAuth connections, API keys, or webhook calls.
  • We may disclose information to comply with legal obligations, respond to valid process, prevent abuse, investigate security issues, or complete a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

4. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including account operation, legal compliance, security, dispute resolution, and backup integrity.

Retention periods vary by data type. For example, billing records may be kept for accounting and tax obligations, security logs may be kept for abuse prevention, and workspace content may remain until deleted by an authorized user or until the account is closed and deletion is complete.

5. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your credentials, managing workspace access, and promptly notifying us about suspected unauthorized activity.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or export certain personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

You can update some account information in the product. For requests that cannot be completed in-product, contact us using the address below. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request.
