Lay out a deck, send a PDF

Each slide is a frame on the canvas. Select your slides and export them as one PDF, a page per slide.

From slides to file

  • Slide frames

    Start from the Slide 16:9 (1920 × 1080) or Slide 4:3 (1024 × 768) frame presets.

  • One PDF

    Export up to 24 frames at once, in reading order, as a single file. Press ⌘P or Ctrl+P to export the selection.

  • Selectable text

    The PDF is printed from the page itself, so its text stays selectable.

  • Ready for print

    Choose A4 or Letter, fit, margin, bleed and crop marks when the deck is going to a printer.

  • The same tools

    Slides use the same components, variables, images and Builder as your web pages.

  • Review together

    Collaborators comment on each slide, and Spotlight lets them follow your view live.

Questions

Can I present from Builder Studio?

There is no slideshow mode. Present from the exported PDF, or use Spotlight so others follow your view on the canvas.

Can I export to PowerPoint or Google Slides?

No. Decks export as PDF.
