These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of Builder Studio, including our website, applications, APIs, workflow tools, integrations, and related services.
By creating an account, accessing Builder Studio, or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use Builder Studio on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Accounts and Access
You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials, API keys, OAuth connections, and workspace access controls.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and workspaces, including activity by invited members and integrations you authorize.
- You must promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access, credential compromise, or misuse of your workspace.
- We may require verification or additional security steps before granting access, restoring an account, or making account-level changes.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use Builder Studio to violate laws, infringe rights, compromise security, abuse third-party services, or interfere with the operation of the platform.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access, probe systems without permission, bypass rate limits, scrape protected surfaces, or disrupt service availability.
- Do not submit or generate content that is unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, malicious, or designed to distribute malware or credentials.
- Do not use Builder Studio to violate provider terms, integration rules, export controls, sanctions, privacy laws, or intellectual property rights.
- Do not resell, sublicense, or provide managed access to Builder Studio except through an arrangement we authorize in writing.
4. Billing and Subscriptions
Paid features may require a subscription, usage credits, or other charges. Pricing, renewal terms, usage limits, taxes, and billing intervals are presented at checkout, in your account settings, or in an applicable order form.
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Usage-based fees and credits may be consumed by workflow executions, provider calls, uploads, generated media, storage, or other metered services.
5. Intellectual Property
Builder Studio, including its software, interfaces, design, branding, documentation, and platform content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content you submit to Builder Studio. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, reproduce, and otherwise use that content to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
6. Service Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time, including provider integrations, models, workflow capabilities, limits, and beta or experimental surfaces.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, provider outages, network issues, abuse prevention, security incidents, or capacity limits may affect access or workflow execution.
7. Disclaimers and Liability Limits
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
To the extent permitted by law, Builder Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, business interruption, or substitute services.
8. Termination
You may stop using Builder Studio at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these terms, created risk for the service or other users, failed to pay amounts due, or used the service in an unlawful or abusive way.
After termination, your right to use the service ends. Certain provisions, including payment obligations, intellectual property terms, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute-related provisions, survive termination where appropriate.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we may provide additional notice through the product, by email, or by another reasonable method.
